Examples: Light romance, adventure, comedy, slice of life
May contain mild language, some violence, and romantic themes. Similar to PG-13.
Examples: Young adult fiction, action, mild horror, teen romance
Contains explicit language, intense violence, or sexual content. For adults only.
Examples: Dark romance, erotica, graphic violence, heavy themes

Allowed Content
- Original fiction in all genres (romance, fantasy, thriller, sci-fi, etc.)
- Fan fiction with proper disclaimers
- Mature themes with appropriate content warnings
- Violence when relevant to the story (with warnings)
- LGBTQ+ content and representation
- Dark themes when handled responsibly
- Strong language in context
- Romantic and sexual content between consenting adults (with mature rating)
Prohibited Content
- Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
- Glorification of real-world violence, terrorism, or hate crimes
- Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
- Content promoting self-harm or suicide
- Non-consensual sexual content presented positively
- Plagiarized or stolen content
- Doxxing or sharing private information
- Content that violates copyright or trademark laws
- Spam, scams, or misleading content
- Real person fiction depicting explicit content without consent
Content Warnings
When to Use Warnings
Content warnings help readers make informed decisions about what they read. Include warnings at the beginning of your story or specific chapters when your content includes:
- Graphic violence or gore
- Sexual content
- Self-harm or suicide themes
- Drug or alcohol abuse
- Domestic abuse
- Eating disorders

Reporting Content
How to Report
