5. Coins and Payments

5.1 Virtual Currency

"Coins" are virtual currency used to unlock premium content on the Platform. Coins have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2 Purchases

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5.3 Writer Earnings

Writers earn a share of revenue when readers unlock their content. Payment terms, rates, and minimum thresholds are specified in the Writer Agreement. We reserve the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or Terms violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by ASTRAMELD ENTERTAINMENT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content on our Platform

• A statement of good faith belief

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We are not responsible for User Content posted by users. Views expressed in User Content do not represent our views or values.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRAMELD ENTERTAINMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASTRAMELD ENTERTAINMENT and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

• Your right to use the Platform will cease immediately
• You may lose access to your account and content
• Unused coins will be forfeited
• Pending writer earnings may be withheld if Terms were violated

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
